Postmatic Stamp Affixing Attachments

Postmatic Stamp Affixing Attachments work in conjunction with any of our Inline Stamping Bases providing a proven solution for high speed, high volume stamp affixing inline with inserters, ink jets systems, labelers or off-line as stand alone.

The Stamp Affixers will apply stamps from coils of 3,000 or 10,000 at speeds up to 18,000 per hour. Installation is fast and easy. Simply place stamp affixer on the host machine and you’re affixing postage stamps as fast as that machine will run.

The Model 6000SA or Model 7000SA Stamp Affixer will drop right onto any of our Inline Stamping Bases with no modifications or alterations. This combination works well with high speed inserters, ink-jet systems, labelers or tabbers. Eliminates the extra steps of rewinding stamp coils or additional, costly steps when applying stamps with tabbers.

Postmatic Inline Stamping Base – Standard

The EZ-Mailer Automatic mailing machine is a low to mid volume automatic mailing system that process letters and flats at speeds of up to 140LPM all with a 10 inch color operating screen and small footprint. Options for the EZ-Mailer are a 25lb or a 70lb scale, unlimited accounting and job reporting, operator reporting, presort reporting, full International mail manual with custom forms printing, e-certified forms printing with 3877 firm mailer book. The Advanced Curve

The Advance Curve Intelligent Envelope Processing System has an OCR camera that reads the address at speeds of up to 6,000 per hour. As the Advanced Curve reads the address it processes the address for CASS, MASS and does the address corrections. The Advanced Curve system calculates the zip plus 4 plus 2 and then sprays the IMB on the bottom of the envelope. This process qualifies the customer for the letter mixed AADC rate with out doing any sorting, that equates to a 5.8 cent per piece discount allowing the system to be cost justified with as little as 1775 letter per day. The system also qualifies for the Flat mixed AADC discount rate saving 15.5 cents per piece allowing the entire cost of the system to be justified with as little as 675 flats per day.
