What's the difference between the water-based and solvent inks?
Water-based runs on porous stocks — envelopes, uncoated paper. Solvent covers coated and non-porous work — films, plastics, glossy card. Most mail shops run water-based; solvent handles the tricky jobs.
Can I get spot or custom colors?
Yes — spot colors and custom matches are available for TeslaJet, XiJet and other Funai printers. Call with the PMS number.
How fast can you get ink to my shop?
