The microglue® product line is the foundation of every GMS solution — the controllers, melt units, and applicator valves that deliver precise adhesive placement on your existing folders, inserters, and finishing equipment. Available in both hot melt and cold glue configurations, these modular components can be retrofitted onto virtually any commercial folder or inline production system to add reliable, programmable gluing capability.
Controllers
The programmable pattern controllers are the brain of any GMS gluing setup. Each controller allows operators to define glue patterns (dot, line, or stitch), set precise placement timing, and monitor production counts — all from a centralized console.

Melt Units
For hot melt applications requiring instant bond strength and high-speed performance, GMS offers the HM10 and HM25 melt units. These compact, reliable units maintain consistent adhesive temperature and flow rate across extended production runs.
Applicator Valves
GMS offers a range of applicator valves for both hot melt and cold glue applications, including shutter and easy-clean cold glue applicators designed for fast changeovers and minimal downtime. The HP cold glue valve handles higher-viscosity adhesives for demanding substrates.

The microgluer® is a family of small-format buckle plate folding and gluing machines that combine folding, gluing, perforating, and finishing into a single compact tabletop unit. Available in configurations from basic half-fold and letter-fold (with or without glue) to complex Z-fold and micro-perforation impositions, the microgluer® is designed for mail houses and print shops that need a reliable, easy-to-operate self-mailer solution without dedicating significant floor space.
The system features dot, line, or stitch glue patterns, patented output speed compensation, shutter-controlled applicators, and built-in production counting. The micromailer® is a complete inline production system that integrates a 20" feeder, inline scoring, perforating, plow folding, card tipping, and gluing into a single, affordable package. Designed to be expandable for future applications, it is built to handle the most common direct mail formats while remaining compliant with current USPS postal automation requirements.
