Tyvek, PVC, varnish, plastic cards: Mailtech MAX3. Fast dry, no smudge. Buskro’s Apollo guide names it.
High-volume addressing on plain and uncoated stock: Mailtech Ultra and Ultra Plus. Extra-dark black. Cartridges, heads-up cartridges with 10" tubing, 1 L bottles.
Coated and non-porous stock: Collins Sigma solvent, HP 45si (TSK318203-45SI). 12 hours uncapped without clogging. 2-year shelf life.
Bulk systems: Mailtech MAX2 quick-disconnect cartridges and 1 L bottles. HP 370 ml bladder black (C6119).
Spot colors: CM-500 red (PMS 186). Sigma green and Sigma violet in HP 45si. Spot red and spot blue HP-45 cartridges. Other PMS on lead time.

We carry the Max 3 itself, plus Mailtech Ultra and HP Versatile Black in the same HP-45 form. Tell us the stock you print on and we match it.
Do you stock Sigma solvent cartridges (TSK318203-45SI)?
Yes, by the box. Sigma is the solvent choice for coated envelopes and glossy stock where aqueous ink smears.
Can I get Max 3 in a PMS green or another spot color?
Yes. CM-500 red (PMS 186), Sigma green and Sigma violet ship from stock, along with spot red and blue HP-45 cartridges. Custom PMS on lead time. Send the PMS number.
What do I do with a bad cartridge?
Call us, not the factory. We handle the Kao Collins claim and get a replacement shipped.
What are Mailtech Ultra and MAX3, exactly?
They're our own brands — ink cartridges made for mailing work on HP-45 machines, sold only by Mailtech.
