Frequently Asked Questions
Do you stock all four Mach 5 tank colors, and can I order just black?
Yes. M5K250 black, M5C250 cyan, M5M250 magenta and M5Y250 yellow, 250 ml each, sold one at a time. Order what is low.
How long does a Memjet printhead last, and do you stock them?
It is rated by pages printed and by time once installed; heavy shops replace on a schedule. We stock them. Call with your monthly count and we tell you when to plan the swap.
Do you have the waste ink pad for the Mach 6?
Yes, along with the other Mach wear items. Give us the model and we pull the part number.
Do you have the latest firmware and setup software for the Mach 5, 6 and 7?
Yes. Our techs load it on site or walk you through it remotely.
Do these fit Formax ColorMax and Rena printers?
Yes — the ColorMax 7 and 8 use the same Memjet engine as the Rena and Quadient Mach, so the tanks and printhead are the same. The newer ColorMax 9 and Mach 9 use a different HP engine — call and we'll match those too.
