The FI-1000 only takes official HP cartridges. Postmark says third-party ink voids the warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy just the black FI-1000 cartridge, or do I have to buy all four colors?
Just black (PM-PHP-049K, HP B3QH5A) is fine. Cyan, magenta and yellow sell one at a time too. Buy the set only when the colors are low.
Do you stock the service sled and trays for the 1170?
Yes, with the ink. Order them together and they ship together.
Are these official HP inks?
Yes. Postmark printers run on HP's FI-1000 engine, and HP only sells this ink through licensed OEM partners. Ours are the official HP cartridges, not refills.
How fast can you get ink to my shop?
It ships the same day from Deer Park, NY. Most of the Northeast gets it the next day. On Long Island we often deliver free ourselves.
My Postmark is down, can you help?
Call us. We sell, install, and service the Postmark line. Parts ship from the same shelf as the ink.
