Buskro Quantum Duplex Inkjet Demo

Buskro Quantum Duplex Inkjet Demo

Product Details

Buskro Quantum duplex inkjet printing demo — two-sided inline variable-data printing for statement, notice, and direct mail with both-sides content.

▶ Watch on YouTube

The Buskro Quantum in duplex configuration applies variable-data content to both sides of mail pieces in a single inline pass — used by statement and notice printers, and direct mail operations whose content covers both sides of each piece. This video shows the duplex inline workflow.

What this video shows: Substrate moving through the line with the first-side print station, an inline turn-over module flipping each piece, the second-side print station applying back-side content, and finished two-sided pieces exiting at production speed. Closed registration between front and back content.

Who runs Buskro Quantum duplex: Statement printers producing detailed statements with content on both sides. Notice printers handling regulated mail with required back-side disclosures. Insurance and healthcare operations producing two-sided benefits and explanations. Direct mail operations whose campaigns use both sides for content.

Why inline duplex over two-pass single-sided printing: Two-pass requires unload-and-reload between passes — slow, error-prone, and breaks registration between front and back. Inline duplex prints both sides in one pass with maintained registration — dramatically faster at production volume and cleaner content alignment.

Key specs: Buskro Quantum duplex inkjet configuration | Inline two-sided printing in single pass | Substrate: paper and lightweight card stock within thickness spec | Variable-data print on both sides | Throughput: production line speed | Inline turn-over and registration control

Frequently asked

Can we run single-sided jobs on the same line?

Yes — the duplex line accommodates single-sided jobs by bypassing the second-side station. Configuration is typically a job-level setting.

How does duplex inkjet compare to running two single-sided passes?

Two passes require manual reload and lose registration accuracy between front and back. Inline duplex is dramatically faster and produces tighter front-back alignment. For any meaningful duplex volume, inline is the standard.

What substrates support inline duplex?

Paper and lightweight card stock within the line's substrate spec. Very heavy stocks or coated stocks may need configuration adjustment — confirm with a Mailtech specialist.
